Mango Kulfi.......bas milaya or hogaya.

There is something special about Kulfi that brings out the child in you.....so why not make this at home?





Ingredients 

1 cups milk 
1/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup condensed milk or malai
¼ cup sugar
1 cup mango pulp
1 Tbsp chopped dry fruits
1/2 Tsp cardamom powder
1/2 Cup chopped mango


Combine all the ingredients well in a mixture. 
Pour the kulfi mixture into the kulfi mould & freeze till set.
If you don't have kulfi mould, you can freeze it in any small air tight container.




Use ripe and sweet mangoes for making kulfi.
Skip adding sugar if you are using condensed milk.
